Well, congratulations to Miss St football team….Who would have thought it?…And Ole Miss no. 3 in the nation, both teams at 6 – 0 and playing in the SEC. I said on facebook that I wondered about the conditions down in hell, that maybe it had not frozen over, but I was sure it had frosted…..Strange year…and you know what, it is kind of refreshing…What else can happen?

Mississippi State’s day in the sun may last just about as long as that of Alabama (about a week). That of Ole Miss may last a little longer if they can continue to win another game or two, but it will be just about as brief. I don’t think that either team has the depth to stay there over an extended period. At least, Alabama got past the razorhogs, if only to really show what little they did have.

Well, we will see…I never thought they would get this far..
