Bernie, also Starring Ralph & Carlos
Bernie, a white mouse, probably cloned by a lab, speaks human English. He learns the lab will soon start conduction test for a cure for a fatal diease. He escapes and starts his adventures. He has run in with the mob, cats, rats and he meets Ralph, a pigeon who escaped from the CIA where he has been taught to speak English.
Ralph soon becomes the personal pilot for Bernie and flies him to the Rio Grande Valley where they meet Carlos, an American Crow that speaks English and Spanish and works for the Border Patrol. The mob follows Bernie to Del Rio and there is an incident, almost International except for the intervention of Bernie, Ralph and Carlos. Hillbillies, Barred Owls, K-Mart shoppers, its all in there.
