The National Debt and Pecan Pie

I got some interesting comments on Reagan and the National Debt, etc, and how my nine digit calculator was outdated and of no value in today’s “scientific notation” math, I reckon you round off to the nearest billion and all that jazz and how Reagan was really the villain, kind’a, and Clinton was the hero….Well, that’s all well and good, but the dad-barn national debt is still 1.2 Trillion and growing….Somebody, somewhere, better start making some “scientific notation” or America as we know it is a goner. We can’t print the money fast enough to keep up with the debt growth….If I wake up tonight worrying about it, I’m in a heap of trouble…We done ate all the Pecan Pie and that’s what helped soothe it over,,,,Well, there is some pepper jack cheese in the frig, maybe that will tide me over….
