One of the Cousins that was  the central character to my first four books learned late yesterday that he was going to need bypass surgery, possibly four or five by passes. He was several years catching up to me as my bypass surgery was in 1997….I’m still kicking…He will be also….It will take him a few weeks of recovery time but he will be fine…I would consider it a real favor if you would put him on your prayer list…Now back to my books, especially “Cousins”, my very first book, a lot of that stuff really happened, but slight changes were made to keep me and possibly him, out of trouble….well, not real trouble, more like hot water with kin folks,etc…He was the C.C. in my stories, a fictious character of course, but modeled after, maybe more like cloned after this cousin. Anyway, this guy is very special to me and a lot of other folks so just be praying for him and his doctors  for a successful surgery. ..I think it will be done on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week…Thanks a lot…Pete Hester
