Fix the immigration problem they say….What does that mean? I am not sure but it is certainly not tracking down illegal immigrants and sending them home…What is up with that…You know if those folks attain citizenship that they are not going to vote on any conservative tickets or platforms…So, if I am a liberal I am all for amnesty for the 12 million lawbreakers…I believe that is what is taking place, don’t you?…I mean, the law is on the books and the ACLU thinks we are breaking the constitution? How?….Mexico wants us to open our borders….And we are doing it..They are taking over and never firing a shot….I have tried being a “stuff writer” until I read the newspaper, then I get angry and fire away again….Where is the liberals brain? How can we afford all these illegals….Send them home for green cards, then let them come back in.The immigration system ain’t broken…If you suspect some one is a lawbreaker, report him, check his id, if he is a killer, a drug runner, a robber or a illegal alien, arrest him….That will fix the problem….Racial profiling my butt…..It’s common sense…..Pete Hester
We cannot send back the people in this country who are not citizens. If we did, we would have to send President Obama back to Indonesia. President Obama assumed Indonesian citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia by his stepfather. He never renounced that citizenship. His mother was underage (less than 18) at the time of his birth, and cannot confer her American citizenship on him; but, even if she did, that would make him a dual citizen. It is unconstitutional for a citizen of two countries to be Presidant of the United States. It wouldn’t be right to deport a poor Mexican, who waded across the Rio Grande merely in search of a job and who does not have a green card when our President is not even a citizen, and we can’t deport him. Let’s at least be consistent here. If we must keep a non-citizen President, then we are stuck with the 10 million illegals who are here already. I don’t like it, but these are the facts. If we boot the illegals out to get a Green Card, then we must boot the President out as well. That may create a real constitutional crisis.
