We were greeted at the Grand Canyon by this little fellow. I do believe he recieved more interest than the Grand Canyon until he tore the tree down and moved on. He had his sweetheart following him around. They both had a drink from the ditch near the parking lot. What a beautiful animal…They both were. More on our trip later….Pete
What do you expect from a big, drunken lummox under the influence with a girlfriend hot on his heels. Like the typical American, he was simply showing off his strength to impress his girlfriend. If I had done something like this, I would have been arrested by Barry’s EPA for damaging the environment. If I’d shot the elk, I’d been arrested for killing a protected species. It is a case of not being able to win for losing. Who is protecting whom in this great land.
