I wanted to put a couple of chapters of my Bernie and Them book on the web site….Come to find out I don’t have the PDF conversion on my new e machine. No. 3 son told me of a free site for a pdf conversion, I did download it and converted those chapters to Adobe pdf and when I put them on the web site a block came up with a Abode Reader note with an OK block and when you click on the ok, it will go away but no story appears. I am not enough of a computer man to know what the heck to do at this point…..If and when I do get it figured out I may put all of Bernie and Them on the web site in installments. I know you guys can hardly wait…..But, really it is a pretty good story and if you guys have some time during the day or evening to read a chapter, well, heck, its cheap, clean and funny but  probably not at all educational…..maybe one of these days I will have it available for you…Pete

So much for the computer generation! Its not really that great after all. We might long for the good ole days when books were handwritten in long hand and set to type page by page with lead type and manually printed with ink to paper. I suppose those people had their problems too, but books still made it to print, and information got proliferated. I don’t suppose there is really all that much difference from generation to generation. Each generation has its own fun in its own time. I will look forward to reading Bernie and his guys in his own time.

ok, it is there now….check it out.
