Please note all the angels on the fireplace mantel. My sweetie decorates for each season, this is Easter which stays up until its time for the Fourth of July celebration……Update…my bad…Sweetie told me the Angels Mantel is in between Easter and the 4th of July…I might try and picture the seasons changing as evidenced by our mantel in future postings. By the way, that is a working fireplace and has been painted white since we moved in many years ago. We have repainted it a time of two, then a couple of years ago we discontinued using it. Now, we keep something decorative in it all the time….
Good picture! You look like a famous author here. I have never known a famous author (or any famous person) before in my life, but it seems like I have met this famous author somewhere. I must see if I can still find some of his works.
Well, I don’t know about famous. I am probably more famous for this blog than for my novel writing….However, I just enjoy living, and I hope to make a friend or two and keep the ones I have….Thanks for the nice words…

I recently read some of your work, a short story entitled” The Army Air Field “. Can you tell me if that story was ever finished?…
I truly enjoyed the storyline and the details of your story. I spend a great deal of my free time learning all I can about WW2 Army Air Fields and in particular, air fields in west Texas and southern New Mexico.
Reading your story pleased me in that it painted such a verbal image of the times.
I am hoping you finished the story and it will become available for reading soon.
