Coal Fire has come a long way. Note the fluorescent lighting! The Coal Fire of the Greatest Generation had only incandescent lighting, which is now or soon will be banned as too energy inefficient in the good ole USA. I was told that incandescent electric lighting just came to Coal Fire in 1941, which was before my time, but still relatively recent in the grand scheme of generational time. Hold that picture before generational time obliterates it in the grand expanse of time. Good picture!
I wonder how Linda got into both pictures! She must be shooting for real fame, or just mere infamy.
I got these pictures off of Facebook, one Ms. Stacy Bonner no less, and they are all good pictures. I plan to post more but I am waiting on No. 2 grand daughter to see if she posts some pictures, also. My sweetie has not seen Linda since she was a young lady so I am glad she got in several of the pictures. Good reunion, huh? I really enjoyed it. Pete
