Steve Young tossed 6 td passes and named MVP while beating the Chargers 49 – 26…January 29, 2012..A beautiful day in Albuquerque NM, sunshine and 50 plus degrees, slight breeze…We are thankful..

1936 is also the year that the longest married couple in the state of California were married. This couple just celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary in 2011. This year they are receiving an award for being the longest. Of course, now in California ten years will likely soon be sufficient for the longest marriage. This couple is my parents-in-law.

I forgot. 1936 was also the year that Mom and Dad were married although they didn’t quite make it even to their 50th much less their 75th. It was a momentous year.
