The New Mexico Bowl will feature Arizona playing Nevada this year. This kicks off the bowl season and it should be a good one. My grand daughter is a Wildcat graduate and a big fan as is her dad, husband and grand dad. So my heart says Arizona, and the bookies say Arizona by 7, but my head says Nevada…Nevada is the better team I think….so Nevada by 3….UPDATE…What a game, Arizona 49 – Nevada 48…I quite watching with 2 minutes left and Arizona trailing by 10 points…Then I heard AZ won…I missed the ball game, huh? Must have been an outstanding game.
Same day, Dec. 15, we have the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl with Utah State playing Toledo. Utah State is favored by seven and that’s about the way I see it also. Toledo played some good ball this year but I did not watch any of their games. I watched two games with Utah State, they impressed me and I think they will take it. We’ll see…Pete UPDATE….I got this one right, Utah State won by a good margin…
I had a spam comment come in that said, “why don’t you publish something more interesting?”. I do not publish spam however, I thought that was “cute” so I thought I would let you reader know. I wouldn’t worry about spam comments like that. It is well know that what is interesting to one is garbage to another, and what is garbage to another is gold in the minds of yet another. No one can make everyone happy. Just run for President and you will find that out. For that matter, just run for any elective office in any organization, and it will become obvious. If a politician or a webmaster is all things to all people, then that politician or webmaster either is not doing his job, is dead, or is on a permanent vacation. Perhaps not the latter because Obama is on another one of his many vacations in Hawaii when many people think that he should be on the job in Washington solving the problem of the “fiscal cliff”. It’s no wonder that the Speaker of the House looks so frustrated.
