Buried Treasure…clue number 12

Thanks to Carolyn and Steve from Houston we now have the 12th clue.

    ON TODAY’S SHOW, FORREST FENN GAVE THE 12TH CLUE.  HE SAID
THAT “THE TREASURE IS NOT IN A GRAVEYARD.”  AND HE SAID THAT
IT DOESN’T MEAN IT IS BURIED.
    ALSO, THEY HAD A FORREST SERVICE MAN ON AND HE SAID THAT
IF SOMEONE FOUND THE TREASURE AND IT WAS ON FEDERAL LAND THAT
IT WOULD NOT BE THEIRS TO KEEP.
   THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL VERY INTERSTING.
   ANOTHER THRILL TO THE TREASURE !

Does that mean it will return to Mr. Fenn or does that mean it will end up in the Federal Treasury? Humm, I wonder……Pete
