These guys tell the story that I heard in Roswell over and over while visiting the UFO Museum and talking with Walter Haut and the other people there. Very interesting…..Pete

I like Pete’s version of the 1947 UFO incident better than BBC’s version because Pete’s Cousin version places it more in the realm of fiction where it really belongs while not trying to make some unexplainable “truth” out of it. I remember when I used to ride my bicycle in the immediate vicinity (up to 50 miles or more) of Albuquerque early in the morning before dusk and late in the afternoon after dark when I often would see “unesplained” light reflections of the Albuquerque city lights, as well as other lights. Although these reflections and lighting effects would put chills up my spine momentarily, I realized that they were, after all, only reflections and refractions of light off the desert and mountain landscape. I never saw any bodies, and didn’t want to see any, especially when I was alone on a bicycle in the high desert. Until I see more concrete evidence to the contrary verifying the fact, the so-called bodies of aliens of the Roswell incident were merely dummies that the government placed as ballest in a weather balloon (or other research device). There was a lot of top secret research being conducted in New Mexico and surrounding states during and immediately after WWII connected to the war effort the record of which never survived declassification and publication. 99% of UFO sightings can be explained as natural phenomena. Extraterrestrial life may well exist, and there may be trips to this planet on occasion (or sometime in the future) by such beings; but, when those events do occur, I’m confident that we will know about it through means other than some claudistine sighting by unskilled citizens in the desert. When extra terrestrial beings, who have the technology and the knowledge to travel from distant heavenly bodies in order to land (or even to crash land) on this planet and survive will also have the technology and the knowledge about this planet to make their presence known in a more war like fashion as well as to accomplish more precise and determined goals, especially today when we have orbiting space telescopes scanning the heavens 24-7. Terefore, on my early morning and late evening excursions on the high desert, I never saw any UFO’s although I did see plenty of light phenomena that ran chills up and down my spine and roadrunners suddenly darting in front of me that scared the daylights out of me. No UFO’s. When extraterrestrial being do visit this planet, they are just not going to visit in that way. Even the resurrected Lord will not visit in that way, but he will return with great jubilation known to all. So, take your UFO’s and keep them in the ralm of fiction where they belong and shall stay.

Calling folks in Roswell liars, would be like calling Mrs. Davidson or Mrs. Mamie Darling liars in Coalfire. So, I don’t know what they saw or were told but they were honest in their stories. The girl (now old of course) saw the folded metal pitched on the table and it spread out like water. USA or outer space, I know not, but I believe that is exactly what she saw. The debris was exactly as those folks saw it. Government stuff, maybe…maybe not. I don’t know. I have never seen a UFO to my knowledge but I would never call any man a liar without some reason to. I don’t have a reason…I did talk with several people from Roswell about this incident. They were all matter of fact about it. My story is very much fiction, not even close to real life, but I do wonder about some things that happened in Roswell and some of the English sightings……??????
