On this day in history, March 15th…1493, Christopher Columbus returns to Spain after exploring the new world…1913, Woodrow Wilson held the first presidential press conference….1922, WSB, Atlanta, GA, was the first southern radio station to broadcast…1954, CBS Morning Show with Walter Cronkite and Jack Parr aired….1968, the US Mint stop buying and selling gold….1968, Pete Hester saw his youngest daughter for the first time, she was so beautiful and precious and healthy, relieving the fears of her mother and father that the mother’s conditions during the pregnancy would not adversely affect the child. What a blessing and we thank you, Our Heavenly Father, for her and we are grateful for her…And today, we wish her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY and hope this day is special….Mom and Dad
