I learned today of the passing of a high school classmate, class of 1954, Pickens County High, Reform, Al.  She was a beautiful girl and a wonderful person. I know her family will miss her. Also, I got word from my cousin’s wife that he is unresponsive and is failing fast. She does not expect him to make it unless God intervenes. (He is the one I based the character of C. C. in my 4 books in the Cousin series.) So, it has been a very sad day for me. That said, I know where they both are going. Isn’t that great, that we can know where our loved ones are, those that believe anyway, and have the assurance that we will meet them again and spend eternity with one another. As the song says, “when we have been there ten thousand years” we have “only just begun”….We can thank our Lord Jesus Christ for dying for our sins,  and assuring our place in heaven if we accept and claim Him as our Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord, for doing that. I hope those of you who read this will also accept Him as Savior of your life. If so, I’ll see you in heaven.,,,, The days ahead will be sad  because of the temporary separation from our loved ones….It’s only for a little while….
