Yesterday we had a group out protesting the police shooting so many folks here in Albuquerque, some mentally deranged, and while I don’t know a lot about any of the shootings, it does seem like it happens far to often. I would hope they had just cause to shoot these people but presently it does not look good. I watched some of the reports on TV last night showing the protestors and the police lined up in the street facing off the protestors. One scene showed a girl tearing an American flag  in two pieces and handing one piece to her companion and  both of them used the flag to cover their face. I wish they would review the tape and try and arrest the person for desecrating the American flag. I am very tired of that type behavior and the flag certainly had nothing to do with the APD problems. Makes me wonder about the people doing the protesting….Pete
