Can an un-educated person like myself read and understand how something like the Federal Reserve System operates, the how’s and whys of the nations money and probably world money, if the truth be known? No, of course not… The only thing I can understand about it is the Federal Reserve is subject to “limited” General Accounting Office audits…It says, “The Federal Reserve System undergoes limited audits by the GAO and do not cover most of the Feds monetary policy action or decisions, including discount window lending, open market operations and any other transactions made under the direction of the Federal Open Market Committee, nor may the GAO audit dealings with foreign governments and other central banks….Now, I really ain’t to smart cause writing this little piece is really a waste of my time considering the good it will do, but…..everybody needs a watcher…why are these folks different?…. Maybe because they are “bankers” or “money people” who are above the law and above repoach? ….Well, I repeat, everybody needs a watcher and probably these “money” people most of all…..Who set this system up anyway?…..Bankers?….For sure…

Albuquerque Journal, Feb. 11, 2011 “Immigrant License Bill Hits Snag”….Members of the House Labor and Human Resources Committee voted 5 – 4 to delay action on the measure for immigrants to turn in their license for a one year permit….The paper states “dozens” of opponents turned out in force to urge lawmakers to vote down the measure…Me talking now, since when does “dozens” force the hand of the House Labor and Human Resources Committee?…Does not take much to turn them around, huh?… Back to the article, Maria Villa of Roswell said to eliminate driver’s license for foreign nationals is causing fear among immigrants….Me again, You darn right its causing fear cause most of them are illegals….When “dozens” can rule a Committee, what chance does any bill have?…

According to the Albuquerque Journal this morning, demonstraters gathered out side the state Capitol yesterday to protest Governor Martinez revolking the licenses of about 80,000 plus licenses of illegal immigrants. I suppose it was the illegals or their kin protesting as I don’t think any of the rest of us citizen would. Most all of us favor the actions the governor is taking, including checking the immigration status of those arrested. Rep. Eleanor Chavez said the governor was trying to “divide us” with hate….I am not sure who was being divided, wasn’t me or any one I know…One guy was quoted as saying, “they don’t want us here”…well, dud, why do you think the Border Patrol does what it does, why the fence, why the million of dollars in electronic gear, why the drone air craft…so, fellow, we don’t want you here illegally….go home and get your green card, then come back….legals are welcome here…One person said, “we don’t want to be like Arizona..a police state” ….but I say speak for your self because we are going broke spending money on non-USA citizen when we need it for our own….It is time for us to wake up…A law breaker is a law breaker…What if we checked the license of the protesters…what would we find there?

Both nations, Mexico and Egypt, are having a bunch of problems, and there is not a heck of a lot people in America can do about either. As a whole, we can make a quicker and better contribution to Mexico than we can with Egypt. But one thing that I have noticed, people are in the streets in Egypt taking an active parts in pushing the government toward democracy…In Mexico, we hear about all the drug related problems, drug dealers and pushers killings the citizens of the country, etc, but we don’t hear much about what the Mexican government or citizens are doing in a proactive nature to head off any of those problems…Mr. Navarrette, in this morning’s Albuquerque Journal, is asking us to not let the Middle East concerns overshadow the concerns of Mexico….Shouldn’t the citizens of Mexico be making some noise themselves? …Should the newspapers and other media take charge, maybe get a few of the weapons captured from the drug runners and do a little shooting themselves….A few shots fired at me would definitely cause return fire….The Mexican people will have to fight for themselves before others will start risking their lives for them or so it seems to me….Maybe I am just uninformed on the matter….But I have not turned on the tv and seen any Mexicans throwing rocks….Have you?…..

Malpais stuff…(badlands) volcanic lava from Mt. Taylor eruptions of 54,000 years ago, plus or minus a few years. That eruption took 3000 feet off Mount Taylor..It’s over 13,000 feet now so that was a good size mountain at the time, huh…Anyway, they have guided tours through the Malpais and you can read all about it in this morning’s Albuquerque Journal, Feb 3, 2011…Bat stuff: Well, we have to shut down some of our bat caves due to the White-nose syndrome that has been found in 11 states, none here yet, but visitors to our caves could spread the fungus, Myotis lucifugus officially. Go to www.wildlife.state.nm.us for more information……Albuquerque’s Eclipse Aerospace is hiring, again, where 80 people are now working. The on again, off again, production is on, thanks to investment help from Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. Production could start again as soon as the aircraft market improves. Presently the company is providing maintenance and upgrades to the existing fleet of 260 twin engine jets built between 2006 and 2009 by its predecessor company, Eclipse Aviation. That’s good news for Albuquerque, huh?…Global Warming Stuff: Hey, its working..today’s temp’s are to get up to the twenties for the high.. 14 degrees right now, 4:30pm…..that just ain’t right….weatherman says it could get to minus 8 in some locations around town. I think about 3 degrees for the Paradise Hills area tomorrow…..I would like to turn in a formal complaint,….. Governor Bill is no longer around to blame….If this is what global warming is all about, I am tired of it already…..Somebody needs to figure out about this global warming crap and just who is getting it…I read in the paper the other day where it is reported the Pacific Ocean is colder than it has ever been since we have been keeping records and that is the reason for all the snow and cold nationwide: La Nina or somebody, whoever he is…We need to chase that little fellow back up to the Arctic Ocean or where ever he belongs….I think I have had about all the global warming I want for this winter….How about you?…
ps. it is 6:40 am 2/2/11 and the real temperature is 1 degree. with the 23 mile per hour wind, the wind chill is minus 23 degrees….At the present, global warming would be welcomed….check in with me this summer…provided we don’t freeze….
